Why this association? Well, everyone has their own area of expertise: we are hoteliers and they are experts in gastronomy events.

Agnus Dei is a family business founded in 1986 that has evolved to become one of Quebec’s largest caterers. The company is now led by David Carrier, assisted by his team of professionals. Offering full high-end caterer services, Agnus Dei has become the caterer of choice for a faithful clientele of epicureans and demanding organizers and has participated in the success of countless major events such as C2 MTL or the Rogers Cup. The company can count on the services of its executive chef Anis Mouldi and the collaboration of renowned guest chefs such as Darren Bergeron, Danny St-Pierre and Hakim Chajar.

Since 2015 at HOTEL10, we have been organizing a “turnkey” Christmas reception under the very glam theme of COCO & CO. Hotel guests and all groups, small and large, are welcome to this colourful evening to celebrate Christmas the way it should be. Since the first edition of COCO & CO, we have partied with over 3,000 guests.

Coming soon: your sugar shack in Montreal  

An event not to be missed, orchestrated by Agnus Dei: from March 15th to April 16th, Scena will hold its annual “pop up” sugar shack. The concept is festive and delicious, each year welcoming a different chef to create a “sugar shack” menu served in the heart of the Old Port of Montreal. This initiative allows Montrealers and tourists to experience the traditional sugar shack, but without leaving the city. For this spring edition, celebrity chef Hakim Chajar, from TV shows Les Chefs! and La Relève, will sign the menu of the “Urban Sugar Shack”.

And, great news: this year, for the first-time, an extension of your Sugar Shack in Montreal will take place at HOTEL10.
