Our modern fitness room is accessible 24 hours a day and offers many high quality cardio and musculation equipment. And what is more: you can admire our beautiful mural of Louis Cyr to keep that motivation and inspiration way up during your training! But again, and because at HOTEL10 we like to do things our way: you can also benefit from the services of a personal trainer or indulge in an in-room massage to relieve your tired or sore muscles. And why not do both?
Our personal trainer and private coach, which you can call Ben right away (he is friendly like that) , has been part of the HOTEL10 team since the opening. On site from Monday to Friday from 5am, he can help you in your training routine, answer your questions and advise you on your fitness goals. Also, if you want to get out of the gym and work out a different way, HOTEL10 offers you the possibility to move as you wish: whether it’s inside your hotel room or outside the hotel, we offer a personalized and adapted training service that can be booked before or during your stay, training service that can be booked before or during your stay, according to your schedule and preferences.
As an example, our beloved trainer recently organized a personalized training that consisted of: a 5 km walk from HOTEL10 to the Mount Royal Park – an excellent opportunity to visit this one-of-a-kind location in Montreal – in addition to climbing the equivalent of 40 floors to access the Observatory. Without realizing it, this path is the equivalent of more than 8,000 steps! An effective and pleasant training that allows you at the same time to discover Montreal.
When traveling, the key to a successful workout is having fun and being able to move according to your own schedule. And obviously if you can visit the city and discover its best-kept secrets at the same time, it’s even better.
