Anyone can gather chairs around a few tables for a meeting, but at HOTEL10, we never do things like everyone else! That’s why we recently decided to organize an event to demonstrate … everything we can do at an event! It’s through an interactive four stations tour that our guests visited HOTEL10 and discovered the various possibilities for the organization of a corporate event in our hotel.

Organizing a meeting at HOTEL10 means allowing guests to live a one-of-a-kind unique experience.   • Emotions and excitement in the Salle Saint-Laurent 

Corporate magician Michel Huot was able to impressed our team with his creativity, unusual tricks and ability to design tailor-made shows for each and every event. This wasn’t the first time HOTEL10 was using his services, but he manages to surprise us every time.

It was in Salle Saint-Laurent that our guests began their journey. They were able to witness custom-made magic tricks created for them, and  visit our popular meeting room that can accommodate up to 150 people. 

  • A “wow” effect in the Penthouse

Invitees also discovered the spectacular PENTHOUSE SUITE which is spread on two floors. This stunning urban loft style suite features panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and 1,100 sq. ft of space. With its “airy” bedroom and contemporary-style furniture in the living room, dining room and kitchen, it is a nice option for a photo shoot or intimate gathering. The dining room can comfortably seat 8 people and the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to serve meals or appetizers.

The “interactive journey” continued with the visit of one of our Privilege Rooms, whose bathrooms have recently been renovated. Then, next stop… Espace Godin!

  • A “spectaculinary” experience in Espace Godin 

With the help of our longtime partner Agnus Dei, we conceived several “spectaculinary” experiences in the Espace Godin. The purpose was, of course, to feed the guests, but also to demonstrate the creative spirit of our favourite caterer, as well as ours! The “food and drink” aspect of the events we organize does not have to be boring. There are a billion possibilities and we tried to demonstrate it. We built a “salad wall” where guests could choose their favourite salad in a mason jar, a “Christmas tree” where poke bowls were served in “giant balls” and a gourmet dress where bites were distributed … let’s say in a less traditional way!

Of course, the itinerary ended at the sweet table that was custom-designed for our guests to finish on a sweet note! With this strategy, we hope we managed to show you that at HOTEL10, events are never boring and possibilities are endless.
